Not what your furry friend was expecting?

If you think there is something wrong with your product, you should contact us upon receipt of your order within 14 days of delivery 

via email:

We require photographic evidence, a description of the issue or damage.

Please include images of the outer packaging that the order was delivered in.

Once the return has been accepted, we will email you with a form to complete.

Please ensure items are sent back in our originally Lola and Bear packaging.

Our refunds will not include postal fees. We aim to process your refund within seven days of receiving your return.

 It can take up to five days for your card provider refund to show back in your account. Refunds will be via the original payment method you used. We do not charge a fee for the refund. You will receive a refund confirmation email.


Exchanges - Should you change your mind on your purchase, please follow the above instructions. You can then purchase the new item via our website. The same conditions and restrictions as refunds apply.
